Spoke House provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake adjustment, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any final scope, price, and completion estimate depend on the bicycle's condition, component compatibility, and parts availability after inspection.
Prices are normally confirmed only after inspection and approval of the proposed work. Where a deposit is requested for a larger job, the amount and timing will be explained before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, and cash on collection, as communicated by the workshop.
The workshop may identify additional work during inspection or repair. Any work outside the approved scope should be authorised before it is carried out. If replacement parts are needed, their availability, brand, colour, and delivery timing are subject to compatibility and supplier confirmation.

Spoke House is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing wear, hidden defects, misuse, or later changes made by others.
